On Your Marks…Get Set….GO!!!!
The Diamond Creek PTC will be putting on our annual end of the year Field Day on Friday, June 1st! This is a fun event for our students where each class rotates through fun activity stations such as Tire Relay’s and Tug-O-War.
The event will be in the morning from 9:30-11:45 and we ask that every student wear their classroom T-shirt and a hat, have sunscreen and bring a water bottle. There will be water refill stations at the event.
We need lots of parent volunteers to help make this day successful. Please see the Sign Up Genius below to see what volunteers are needed. The event is broken down into 3 age groups: Younger Classes (TK-1st), Middle Classes (2nd-3rd), and the Older Classes (4th-5th). After the event is over, the kids will eat lunch outside at their normal lunch time and we encourage parent volunteers to stay and have a picnic lunch with their child. (Please note that there will be a bit of a time gap between the end of Field Day and the normal lunchtime.)
